ORDERING

1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply select the product you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase, proceed to checkout and enter your billing and shipping information. Finally, select your preferred payment method and confirm your order.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that orders can be changed or cancelled after they have been placed. However, if you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. How do I know if my order has been processed?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped. You can also log into your account to check the status of your order.

SHIPPING

1. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse located in the USA.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Processing time typically takes 2-7 business days. Shipping time is estimated to take between 3-8 business days depending on your location.

3. What is the cost of shipping?

Our standard shipping fee is $5.00 for all orders within the United States.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

RETURN & REFUND 

1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 45-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

2. How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. What is your refund policy?

We will issue a refund once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. How long does it take to receive a refund?

CANCELLATION

2. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. You will need to follow our return policy to initiate a return and receive a refund.
